My journey into this work began in 2021, during a period of burnout in the midst of a high-performing professional career. While I was functioning well outwardly, long-standing inner patterns surfaced powerfully — chronic stress, digestive discomfort, mental fatigue, insomnia, and intense emotional highs and lows. These challenges quietly affected my personal relationships and sense of direction, even as I continued to perform and progress professionally.
I sensed that something deeper needed attention. What I was truly seeking became peace, clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of alignment and purpose— yet I didn’t have the tools to access them. That realization marked the beginning of a deeply personal journey of healing, learning, and self-discovery.
Along the way, I explored a wide range of approaches, from herbal medicine to emotional and cognitive work. Some offered temporary relief; others created meaningful, lasting change. Practices such as breathwork, EMDR, and ultimately hypnosis made a profound difference by addressing the subconscious patterns shaping my emotional and physical experience.
In 2021, while in Paris, I experienced my first hypnosis session — conducted by a brain surgeon who was also a strong advocate for hypnotherapy. That experience transformed me—it was profound, and became my true turning point.
From there, I immersed myself in understanding how real transformation happens. I studied neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and behavioral psychology, read extensively, attended trainings, and engaged with practitioners across the field. This path led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, whose work integrats 30+ years of clinical expertise into a structured, transformative protocol.
I committed one year part-time to intensive RTT training, including an immersive live week with Marisa Peer in Dubai. To date, I have completed over 1500 hours of dedicated study and 120+ hours of hands-on practice with real clients, a number that continues to grow.
Today, my work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I understand what it means to be capable and driven, yet quietly limited by subconscious patterns that affect wellbeing, clarity, and fulfillment. This is why I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate teams, and business schools — environments I know well and care deeply about.
My intention is simple: to help people recognise underlying patterns, reconnect with clarity, confidence, and inner stability, so they can live and lead with greater ease, purpose, and sustainable wellbeing.
“I didn’t realize how much I had been shrinking myself until after working with Xinchen to really work on whats been holding me back on my confidence. I got recommended to Xinchen by a friend who has done RTT, I walked into the session second-guessing everything. we did an very emotional session, a lot of the things start to make sense to me, Within days, the constant self-criticism went quiet. I stopped apologizing, stopped hesitating, and started taking up space naturally. The shift was very noticable— both internally and in how others responded to me. I am very glad that I tried RTT and Xinchen is just an amazing caring person to work with. She showed such a professionalism, and made me feel very comfortable and safe. The result speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”
“The pressure at the C-level is immense, and the loneliness is real. Traditional executive coaching felt like adding more tasks to my list. I had a discovery call with Xinchen—her methods made sense to me. After years of executive coaching, which was helpful but had its own limits, Xinchen explained that it’s not about taking endless advice and reflection. Instead, RTT addresses the underlying root cause, and that I have the answer and the power to rewire it. She’s an amazing person to talk to, coming from the corporate world herself with similar experience—it really spoke to me. I decided to give it a go.
Indeed, RTT was different. It helped me rebuild my internal strength and self-belief. I’ve regained clarity in life and communicate with more authenticity within myself—and crucially, I’ve restored boundaries that protect my energy. This isn’t soft skills training; it’s essential operating system upgrades for leaders. I now sleep better, have a much healthier boundary between work and my private life, and my personal relationships have improved a lot. I’m more relaxed in general. My team at work tells me I’m much less stressed and more approachable.
I’m very glad I did the session and gained deep insights into my subconscious. I will continue working with Xinchen—she was phenomenal. Coming from a corporate background, she is brilliant and insightful. I recommend her to executives like myself—it has truly made a difference in my life.”
As part of our commitment to achieving and maintaining a “Great Place to Work” certification, we continuously seek to enhance our employee experience and leadership effectiveness. When data indicated rising stress and disengagement within one of our key departments, we implemented a targeted resilience program led by Xinchen.
Her approach was immediately aligned with our “Great Place to Work” objectives: fostering trust, cultivating pride, and building camaraderie. Through structured group sessions and personalized one-on-one engagements, her program equipped our leaders with practical frameworks to manage pressure, communicate with clarity, and foster psychological safety.
Within one quarter, we observed a significant improvement in survey scores related to managerial support, work-life balance, and overall well-being.
This initiative has since been integrated into our broader leadership development strategy, reinforcing our culture of care and high performance. It’s a tangible example of how we invest not just in our people’s skills, but in their sustainable success—a cornerstone of what makes us a great place to work.
