About Me

My journey into this work began in 2021, during a period of burnout in the midst of a high-performing professional career. While I was functioning well outwardly, long-standing inner patterns surfaced powerfully — chronic stress, digestive discomfort, mental fatigue, insomnia, and intense emotional highs and lows. These challenges quietly affected my personal relationships and sense of direction, even as I continued to perform and progress professionally.

I sensed that something deeper needed attention. What I was truly seeking became peace, clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of alignment and purpose— yet I didn’t have the tools to access them. That realization marked the beginning of a deeply personal journey of healing, learning, and self-discovery.

Along the way, I explored a wide range of approaches, from herbal medicine to emotional and cognitive work. Some offered temporary relief; others created meaningful, lasting change. Practices such as breathwork, EMDR, and ultimately hypnosis made a profound difference by addressing the subconscious patterns shaping my emotional and physical experience.

In 2021, while in Paris, I experienced my first hypnosis session — conducted by a brain surgeon who was also a strong advocate for hypnotherapy. That experience transformed me—it was profound, and became my true turning point.

From there, I immersed myself in understanding how real transformation happens. I studied neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and behavioral psychology, read extensively, attended trainings, and engaged with practitioners across the field. This path led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, whose work integrats 30+ years of clinical expertise into a structured, transformative protocol.

I committed one year part-time to intensive RTT training, including an immersive live week with Marisa Peer in Dubai. To date, I have completed over 1500 hours of dedicated study and 120+ hours of hands-on practice with real clients, a number that continues to grow.

Today, my work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I understand what it means to be capable and driven, yet quietly limited by subconscious patterns that affect wellbeing, clarity, and fulfillment. This is why I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate teams, and business schools — environments I know well and care deeply about.

My intention is simple: to help people recognise underlying patterns, reconnect with clarity, confidence, and inner stability, so they can live and lead with greater ease, purpose, and sustainable wellbeing.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a structured therapeutic method that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and coaching. It focuses on identifying and reframing the root cause of a specific issue, leading to rapid and lasting change.

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book. You are fully aware and in control the entire time; it’s not sleep or unconsciousness. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing, mentally clear, and pleasant. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that everyone experiences daily. The depth of trance varies per person, but it does not affect the outcome of the session. Your willingness to participate is the only requirement for success.
You can expect a comfortable, confidential conversation. I will guide you into a relaxed state, help you uncover the root cause of your issue, and then reframe those deep-seated beliefs. The session is collaborative, safe, and entirely directed by your goals.
Many clients experience significant shifts in just 1-3 sessions. The exact number is unique to you and your goals, which we will define together in your Discovery Call.

After your session, a complimentary personalized audio recording is included which I will share with you. For lasting change, it is essential to listen to this recording daily for 21 days. This period leverages neuroplasticity—your brain’s ability to form new neural pathways—solidifying the new, empowering beliefs. 

Clients typically experience change in one of three ways: 

  • An immediate, noticeable shift in feelings and reactions. 
  • A gradual realization over days or weeks that old patterns have faded. 
  • Others notice the change in you before you fully feel it yourself. 
RTT® is a powerful modality for mindset and behavioral change. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. It is not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis, severe untreated PTSD, or certain personality disorders, as it requires a stable baseline for effective subconscious exploration. A Discovery Call will help determine if RTT® is the right approach for you at this time.
RTT® is a therapeutic modality with a coaching-oriented approach. It is focused on solutions, goals, and creating tangible change, not just on discussing problems. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychiatric care.

While talk therapy often focuses on managing symptoms through ongoing discussion, RTT® aims to identify and resolve the subconscious root cause of an issue, which typically leads to faster, more permanent change.
