Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book. You are fully aware and in control the entire time; it’s not sleep or unconsciousness. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing, mentally clear, and pleasant. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that everyone experiences daily. The depth of trance varies per person, but it does not affect the outcome of the session. Your willingness to participate is the only requirement for success.
You can expect a comfortable, confidential conversation. I will guide you into a relaxed state, help you uncover the root cause of your issue, and then reframe those deep-seated beliefs. The session is collaborative, safe, and entirely directed by your goals.
Many clients experience significant shifts in just 1-3 sessions. The exact number is unique to you and your goals, which we will define together in your Discovery Call.

After your session, a complimentary personalized audio recording is included which I will share with you. For lasting change, it is essential to listen to this recording daily for 21 days. RTT® is a powerful modality for mindset and behavioral change. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. It is not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis, severe untreated PTSD, or certain personality disorders, as it requires a stable baseline for effective subconscious exploration. A Discovery Call will help determine if RTT® is the right approach for you at this time.
